EACH COVER IS MADE UNIQUE TO EACH CUSTOMER AND SOME REQUIRE A FABRIC SEARCH OR SPECIAL STEPS FOR COMPLETION. This Grace Room original design measures approximately 22 inches by 40 inches. It is crafted to fit the back seat of most golf carts. This cover comes crafted with adjustable vinyl straps that secure around the back of the arm and the straight bar that runs along the bottom edge of the seat. Please see photos for the proper locations. These straps will work whether you have a short arm like the pictured golf cart or an arm that extends out to the end of the back seat add on. Each seat cover is crafted with a layer of fusible fleece between the layers of fabric for extra protection. For ultimate protection, you may upgrade your cover to the “Best” or “Memory Creation” option that includes a layer of memory foam instead of the fusible fleece.

You can customize your cover by choosing your choice of solid colored terry cloth and/or decorative fabric that fits your personality or theme of your cart. Please send a message with your requests and we will respond with the different available options.

Personalize your cart by adding up to three designs and/or names/monograms/or favorite quotes embroidered on your cover. Business Logos can also be added for a fee for digitizing. Each design combination will measure approximately 9 inches by 9 inches. The size can vary according to the chosen design combinations.

When placing your order please include in the “Notes to Seller” section at checkout, or by sending a message within the Etsy messaging system, your desired fabric and color choices, any personalized information for embroidering, and the measurements of your back seat. Each golf cart seat cover is made to order after your order is placed. It can take up to 14 days for completion during non-peak times, and possibly a little longer during peak times.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

It is recommended to hand wash the seat covers in cold water, especially if you add any embroidery to your cover, and hang to dry. If you choose to machine wash, you do so at your own risk, and only use cold water on a delicate cycle. This will help protect your colors, fibers, and any embroidery included on your seat cover. It is recommended to hang to dry. Iron as desired.

    Do you accept returns?

    Please shop responsibly and seriously. Each Grace Room creation is made to order and custom made according to each customer’s personality. Anything that is custom made or personalized cannot be returned. If your item is defective or is not as described, please send me a message, before leaving a review or contacting Etsy, so we can get the issue resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.     Where’s my order?

    First, check your account to make sure your item has shipped. If your account does not show tracking information and your order is past the ship-by date, please send me a message. If your order has shipped and a tracking number is showing on your account, please use the tracking feature to see where your order is currently located in the shipping process. If your order is taking an extended time please contact us. If your tracking shows to be delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office to get details from where your order was delivered. The post office logs GPS coordinates for packages with tracking numbers and will provide you with this information. If stolen, please contact us for further instructions

    Do you ship internationally?

    Please contact us with your mailing address information. We do ship internationally at the customer’s expense. The Grace Room is not responsible for any VAT or custom fees. In addition, your order will not be marked as a gift or sent without the value information on the customs form. This process is illegal and The Grace Room would face tremendous fines if caught.

    What if I want to place a custom order?

    All Grace Room creations are custom made orders. You will need to follow any instructions listed in the listing. Incomplete information slows down the creation process and extends your shipping time. Please send us a message with any custom changes and for fabric availability for the listing. Please check your messages often in the event additional information is requested in order to complete your order.

    I haven’t received the item and it has been just short of 4 months since I ordered it. Communication has been very poor from the seller, including me having to initiate a status check two months after ordering because I hadn’t heard anything at all, even though the listing/shop policies say the seller will message you for additional details for custom orders. I’ve requested a refund because it’s not worth the brain space it’s taking to try to stay on top of the seller to communicate. I am patient and was willing to be patient based on the timeline and guidance provided in the listing and shop policies, but there is an upper limit to my willingness to wait, especially with no communication.


    The final product came out beautiful!



    My cover turned out amazing! She was so attentive to the details I wanted and even suggested some fabric for the back that made my idea even better. She did such quality work and I will order another cover from her very soon!
