This Grace Room original design will help you in all these areas.

DETAILS: This versatile grab-and-go travel pillow tote, lap pillow, or tablet case sizing starts at 14 inches in length and 14 inches in width. You can order your desired size at checkout. It features two padded handles and an exterior foam padded pocket to carry and protect your Tablet, other electronic devices, Bible, Activity, or your favorite book! It is also crafted and stuffed with quality poly fill. No need to buy an additional pillow insert.

CUSTOM FABRIC: Customize it with your favorite fabric from our many in stock fabrics to fit your personality. Send us a message with your likes, hobby, career, etc., and we will send you pictures of what is available.

PERSONALIZATION: Personalize it with your embroidered monogram(First, Last, Middle), name, quote, etc. Embroidery fee includes one line up to ten letters. Additional lines and letters are available for an additional fee.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: When placing your order, please include any customization and/or personalization information in the notes to seller or by sending a message. We now have a new Personalization feature to add any Personalization at checkout. Failure to send this information results in delaying your processing and creation time and could result in a shipping delay.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: Please shop responsibly and include any custom information at the time your order is placed. No returns are accepted for custom or personalized items unless the item is found defective. Defective merchandise must be returned within 14 business days of receipt. Non-custom and/or Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 business days, at the buyer's expense, for a 25% restocking fee, in new condition. If an item is found defective, it will be replaced or repaired at the expense of The Grace Room.

SHIPPING POLICY: All Grace Room creations are custom made and made to order after payment is received. Each product is then packaged securely and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Shipping according to the package weight. Any delivery time frame you may receive is an estimate, not a guarantee. The Grace Room is not responsible for delays in shipping transit times. If you need your order in a quicker timeframe than the estimated shipping date given by Etsy, please follow the instructions below. Quicker creation and processing times and/or upgraded shipping costs are offered at an additional cost. Your order may not be received by the need by date, if the proper procedure is not followed.

RUSH ORDER AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Need your order by a certain date? First, send us a message to make sure your deadline can be met. Next, at checkout you can choose to expedite your shipping and/or your order. To expedite shipping, choose either USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express. To expedite shipping and production time, choose RUSH-USPS Priority, or RUSH-USPS Priority Express. Choosing the RUSH option moves your order up for a quicker production time.

Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Check, All Major Credit Cards, Etsy Direct Checkout, Gift Certificates, Etsy Gift Cards, and PayPal (You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal).
Currently, we have an extended processing time due to the demand of our products. Please be patient with us as we will get to your order. If you have a specific deadline please Contact us to check availability. Rush orders can be placed for a fee which allows your order to move up in the creation line to better fit your needs. If an order needs to be cancelled, It must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping from United States

The Grace Room cannot guarantee an arrival date, nor is held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. However, we do hand deliver each package to our local Post Office for an acceptance scan and receipt. We will help in any way possible in locating your package with the limited information that USPS will provide to us.

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class, 1 to 10 day estimated arrival, or USPS Priority, 2 to 7 day estimated arrival, depending on the package weight. USPS Priority Express Shipping, up to 3 day arrival, can be purchased separately as well as USPS Package Insurance for damaged packages or packages that fail to be delivered to the proper address.

If your item is needed before the allotted time expires, please send a message to see if your deadline can be met. At checkout, upgraded shipping and/or a rush fee can be purchased to receive your order by the requested deadline.

A tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment and a notification sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may track your package progress with this number. If shipping USPS First Class, Insurance is also available for an additional cost. If shipping USPS Priority Or USPS Priority Express insurance is provided with the service. USPS Package Insurance covers packages that may be damaged during shipment and/or fail to be delivered to the correct address. Stolen packages and packages proven to be delivered to the proper address by USPS GPS scan, are not covered by USPS Package Insurance. .

International shipping is available by request at the customer's expense. Please familiarize yourself with your Country’s shipping policies and fees. The Grace Room is not responsible for VAT or Customs Fees that are applied after shipping and before you can pickup your package. These fees are in addition to your postage paid.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

I love being able to create unique and custom items. Each item is made to order and customized according to the customer's personality and likes. Therefore, customer satisfaction is very important before shipment.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: Personalized items cannot be returned. Also, due to hygiene reasons, bedding and pillows cannot be returned.

STOCK ITEMS-NON PERSONALIZED: Items that are not personalized, not customized, not on sale, or not on the list of non-returnable items for hygiene reasons, can be returned at the Buyer's expense, in New condition, with a 25% restocking fee by contacting us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will then have up to 14 days to return the items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: It is our goal to create quality items. If an item is delivered to you defective, please contact me via messaging to get a replacement and/or resolve the issue within 7 days of receipt of your order.

What if I need my item quicker than your current processing time?

Please contact me to make sure your item can be created and shipped in adequate time for you to receive it by the required date. After confirming your required deadline expedited shipping and/or a rush order can be purchased at checkout.

Care instructions

It is recommended to hand wash your Grace Room creations in cold water and hang to dry. This allows your fabric and color to last longer and helps to protects any embroidery that may be included on the item. If you choose to machine wash, you do so at your own risk.

Do you accept returns?

Please shop responsibly and seriously. Each Grace Room creation is made to order and custom made according to each customer’s personality. Anything that is custom made or personalized cannot be returned. If your item is defective or is not as described, please send me a message, before leaving a review or contacting Etsy, so we can get the issue resolved as quickly and effectively as possible. Additional information concerning returns are located in our shop policies.

Where’s my order?

First, check your account to make sure your item has shipped. If your account does not show tracking information and your order is past the ship-by date, please send me a message. If your order has shipped and a tracking number is showing on your account, please use the tracking feature to see where your order is currently located in the shipping process. If your order is taking an extended time please contact us. If your tracking shows to be delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office to get details from where your order was delivered. The post office logs GPS coordinates for packages with tracking numbers and will provide you with this information. If stolen, please contact us for further instructions

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us with your mailing address information. We do ship internationally at the customer’s expense. The Grace Room is not responsible for any VAT or custom fees. In addition, your order will not be marked as a gift or sent without the value information on the customs form. This process is illegal and The Grace Room would face tremendous fines if caught.

What if I want to place a custom order?

All Grace Room creations are custom made orders. You will need to follow any instructions listed in the listing. Incomplete information slows down the creation process and extends your shipping time. Please send us a message with any custom changes and for fabric availability for the listing. Please check your messages often in the event additional information is requested in order to complete your order.
